1. Service Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the legal services provided by Tufucbit, located at Nerostraße 66, 65187 Wiesbaden, Deutschland. By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Scope of Services

Tufucbit provides contract drafting, legal advisory, and covenant solutions. Services are delivered based on written engagement letters specifying scope, timeline, and fees.

3. Fees and Payment

• Fees are quoted per engagement and invoiced upon service completion or monthly, as specified.
• Payment terms: Net 14 days from invoice date.
• Late payments incur 0.5% monthly interest.
• Additional services beyond scope incur supplementary fees.

4. Confidentiality

Tufucbit maintains strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with German legal privilege and GDPR requirements. Information disclosed to us is protected unless required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tufucbit's liability is limited to the fees paid in the engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages. Clients must notify us of any errors within 30 days of service delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Work product created for clients remains our property until full payment. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with 14 days written notice. Clients remain liable for services rendered and expenses incurred up to termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wiesbaden, Germany.
